ReplyDeleteI have watched the things that should induce me to take your course in digital photography. But Dan, I am eighty five years old, retired from a minimal job with less than minimal income. Statistically I should be dead today. I have beaten the odds and I have developed a desire to leave something of value to my kids and grandkids such as bits of paper with likenesses of me and the era which produced me. But this means giving up much food which my wife and I need to survive. Really ! ! ! So I ask you to feel for us, to decide if the photographs I might take (if I survive so long) are inducement enough to give up our food for bits of paper which will probably end up in a shoe box in the corner of a dusty shelf in a closet of seldom used stuff.
But I have dreams...even at my ancient years.
